Your HACB-Portal
As a certifying body, HACB partners with trusted third-party organizations to deliver the CHA examination and provide support to our certificants. Currently, Exam.net LLC serves as the primary partner for application processing and maintenance of the CHA database. Both Candidate and Certificant Applications are available on the CHA online portal (hosted by Exam.net) as outlined below.
- First-Time Candidate – Examination for Board Certified Patient Advocate Application: Candidates applying to sit for the examination for the first time submit this application which requires documentation of eligibility.
- Repeat Candidate – Examination for Board Certified Homelessness Advocate Application: Candidates who previously tested but did not achieve a passing score submit this application to retest at a discounted fee.
STEP 1 : See the testing period and date of your exam in Exam Application and testing Window
STEP 2 : Select any Training program from CHA I, CHA II, CHA III and Pay the Booking fee.
EXAM Booking Fee is mandatory After the booking fee Payment register yourself at HACB.
STEP 3 : Schedule Exam & Provision of Exam Key
Once you’re registered you can see the study material, practice exam at Dashboard. and you can schedule your exam in available dates in your dashboard and pay the EXAM FEE.
Once payment is approved you’ll recieve the exam key in your Dashboard.
The exam key is needed to log in to the Exam.net.
STEP 4 : How to Attempt Exam?
At the day, date and time of exam (chosen by you). visit the exam portal Exam.net enter student exam key and login.
STEP 5 : START ANSWERING THE EXAM
STEP 6 : Once done Click Submit
